NOTE 20. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 31, 2018, we closed on the sale of radio stations KCRO-AM and KOTK-AM in Omaha, Nebraska for $1.4 million in cash. Based on our then intent to sell these assets, we recorded the assets as held for sale at June 30, 2018 and recognized an estimated loss of $1.6 million based on the sale price and the estimated costs to sell. The buyer began programming the stations under an LMA on August 8, 2018. Subsequent events reflect all applicable transactions through the date of the filing. |
