NOTE 22. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS At the annual meeting of the Company held on May 8, 2019, the company’s stockholders approved a revision to the Plan increasing the number of shares authorized under the Plan by 3,000,000. As a result, a maximum of 8,000,000 shares are authorized under the Plan. On April 29, 2019, we entered an agreement to exchange FM Translator W276CR, in Bradenton, FL with FM Translator W262CP in Bayonet Point, FL. No cash will be exchanged for the assets. On April 3, 2019, we entered a TBA effective April 12, 2019, under which radio station WSPZ-AM in Washington DC, is operated by the buyer pending the closing of the sale of the station. Subsequent events reflect all applicable transactions through the date of the filing. |
