Salem Communications Schedules Stockholder Meeting
CAMARILLO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/14/11 -- Salem Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: SALM), a leading U.S. radio broadcaster, Internet content provider, and magazine and book publisher targeting audiences interested in Christian and family-themed content and conservative values, today announced that it has scheduled its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, June 16, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. (Pacific Time) to be held at the Company's headquarters in Camarillo, California.
The Company also announced the Record Date applicable for the voting of shares at the Annual Meeting to be April 25, 2011.
