Salem Media of New York Appoints Danny Bortnick to Director of Sales

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Salem Communications announces that Danny Bortnick has been appointed Director of Sales of its two New York City radio stations, WMCA (570 AM) and WWDJ (970 AM). Bortnick takes over as sales leader of two of America's leading Christian Talk radio stations that also stream on the web at www.wmca.com and www.wwdj.com.

Prior to joining Salem Communications, Bortnick served as interactive Sales Manager for CBS Radio-owned All News 1010 WINS in New York City. Prior to joining CBS, he was an Account Manager with Christal Radio in New York and Atlanta. In his new assignment for Salem Media in New York, he will lead all areas of sales, including local, national, online and event.
