LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 2005--Nationally syndicated radio personality, author and lecturer Dennis Prager, heard 9:00 a.m. - 12 noon on News Talk 870 KRLA-AM, will introduce the Pasadena POPS Orchestra on stage at Americafest, the 79th consecutive celebration of Independence Day at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena on Monday, July 4. Opening ceremonies will include a special tribute to our armed forces and their families. This traditional fun-filled family daylong extravaganza will culminate in Southern California's largest fireworks display. 870 KRLA-AM's regular weekday programming will be preempted from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. for a live broadcast from Americafest hosted by its News Director Larry Marino with special guests including Dennis Prager and a variety of local and national dignitaries.
