NOTE 18. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 1, 2016, we acquired the assets of Hillcrest Media Group, Inc., a provider of self-publishing services for general market authors, for $3.5 million in cash. On July 21, 2016, we entered into an APA to acquire KXFN-AM in St. Louis, Missouri for $0.2 million. We expect the transaction to close in the latter half of 2016.
