Curtis Sliwa to Anchor Mornings on AM 970 The Apple

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/23/09 -- AM 970 THE APPLE and General Manager Sean O'Neill today announced that Curtis Sliwa will be the new morning host on the 50,000 watt News/Talker. Curtis Sliwa will start Monday, January 11th from 5a-9a on The Talk of New York.

Curtis Sliwa was a long-time popular morning drive Talk Show Host in New York City. In announcing the return of Curtis Sliwa to morning drive radio, General Manager Sean O'Neill said, "Curtis Sliwa is New York Radio.
