Washington D.C.'s WAVA Wins Top Honors as NRB 'Station of the Year'

Washington, D.C.'s Life Changing Talk Radio stations WAVA 105.1 FM and 780 AM have been named 'Radio Station of the Year' for talk format programming by the National Religious Broadcasters. Owned by Salem Communications (Nasdaq:SALM), the WAVA stations serve the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. region with premier Christian teaching and talk programs aimed at helping listeners more effectively meet the challenges of everyday life.
