CAMARILLO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 2, 2004--Salem Communications Corporation (Nasdaq:SALM), the leading radio broadcaster focused on religious and family themes programming, today announced that Salem Web Network has completed the acquisition of Christianjobs.com, one of the leading faith-based Internet job search companies for $250,000.

Christianjobs.com is a full-featured employment website focusing on employment within the Christian community. The company serves the hiring needs of Christian-friendly companies and organizations while enabling job seekers to access that community.

Jim Cumbee, president of Salem's Non-Broadcast Media division, which includes Salem Publishing and the Salem Web Network (SWN), noted that this acquisition further strengthens the company's web services.
