NOTE 20. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On February 15, 2022, we closed on the acquisition of WLCC-AM in Brandon, Florida for $600,000 in cash. On January 12, 2022, we repurchased $2.5 million of the 2024 Notes at 101.25% of face value recognizing a loss of $53,000. On January 10, 2022, we closed on the sale of 4.5 acres of land in Phoenix, Arizona for $2.0 million in cash. We recorded a pre-tax gain of $1.8 million on the sale and have access to the land for 90-days to relocate our transmitter equipment for KXXT-AM. Subsequent events reflect all applicable transactions through the date of the filing. |
